WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We fulfill orders from the factory Monday-Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM PST.   Items ordered Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday of the following week.  We do our best to process your order quickly but peak periods can result in additional processing time. Please note that once an order has been processed we are unable to make changes to the order.

We offer free ground shipping in the Continental USA on all orders over $99.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.?

U.S. ORDERS UNDER $99

There is a $4.95 flat-rate shipping fee on all U.S. orders under $99.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We think you’ll like your Tovatec product.  However, unused products can be returned or exchanged, in original packaging, within 30 days.  Defective product may be returned to the place of purchase within 1 year, with a valid receipt.

CAN I RETURN TOVATEC  PRODUCT TO THE FACTORY STORE AFTER PURCHASING IT FROM ONE OF YOUR AUTHORIZED DEALERS?

We do not accept returns from purchases made outside our website. The return must be made with the place of purchase within 1 year.  However, if there is a defect in the product, we will always stand behind it – simply call us at 719-597-2885 or email warranty@tovatec.com

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

After your shipment arrives at the factory we typically process your return or exchange, and contact you with the resolution, within 2 business days
