Ive had the this dive light for about 3 months now and am very impressed
with the quality and battery length. One thing though, every time I dive or snorkel water gets into the lens. The light continues to work but I get water droplets inside the lens. Is this normal?

      Hi Albert,

Water will get onto the lens through the flow through part of the light head. This is normal. If water is actually getting under the lens into the reflector part, that is not normal. If you have further issues, please contact us as warranty@tovatec.com. Thank you.

Very nice torch with huge amount of light produced. Solid look and feel. One thing though as mentioned above: Water goes into the lens-piece after some dives. Where the lens of my torch is still bright i know a few of my instructor friends have torches with blak lenses now, making the torch obsolete.

The Fusion 1000 is a great light (I have two). I also use two fusion 530’s as video lights. We even use the fusion 260 as our backup. The entire family has performed well. Let’s talk about customer service.
One of my fusion 1000 light heads began to yellow. A quick search on the web said that this may be a known problem. I contacted customer service at 5 PM on Wednesday. At 8 AM on Thursday, I had a reply from Linda in customer service. The issue was resolved with one short email. When a company stands behind their product like this, you can be confident with your purchase. These products are great and their service is amazing. I definitely recommend this Colorado-based company and their dive lights. Thank you again Team Tovatec.
